i went to excel because i wanted a scooter. i walked into the showroom, and immediately was overwhelmed by the various toys i saw. everything from motorcyles to crotch rockets. i'm not knowledgeable, so it all looked like a bunch of junk to me. i wasn't approached by a sales person right away, which was fine by me, because there's nothing more annoying than being bombarded. i ended up filling out a credit application, to which the business manager told me i should hear from them in a few days. well, a few days passed, and still no word. i kept calling them, but was given the run around. i did put some cash down along with my application, so i kinda wanted to get a straight answer. i didn't feel taken care of at all. now, i've been to car dealerships and know how the whole process works. that doesn't make it right, and i still felt like my business didn't matter. after a few weeks, i ended up calling their corporate number. i finally got my down payment back in the form of a check s
