Tired of commission hungry salesmen in many of the bike shops we visited, we finally went to Foothills Triumph where we were treated professionally. We went in to browse, but ended up leaving with a new Triumph Bonneville- goes to show how important a sales team is in a successful business. As we left (salesman) Jim said "welcome to the family." I didn't get what he meant until later when we were struck by a car on our bike and for months dealt with the insurance hassels. Sales Manager Matthew Morrison proved himself to be a top rate manager. He always knew who we were when we called , helped with questions, and assisted us through all our post- accident troubles. He certainly didn't have to, but he took the time to take care of his customers.Don't bother going anywhere else, the service is excellent and it's worth becoming part of the Foothills family.

Bought a used BMW here and felt I got a fair deal and straight forward service. The bike was spotless and works great but it was missing a tool kit. The sales manager named Matthew got me one as promised. Their parts shop was helpful when I emailed and asked for some info and small parts. Everyone I met was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I think it's a great place
Pros: Great selection and inventory
Cons: None yet

Foothills BMW-Lakewood, Co. is absolutely the worst place to buy anything. When you call a business with the intention of making a purchase from them, you expect a degree of good customer service. When I called for information and assistance, I got anything but. I was left with the impression they didn't need my money.
He had never had a "new" motorcycle. He had over the years, had several used ones. In the last 13 years, he had not had anything to ride except his Montessa Trials Bike. He made up his mind that this jar of savings would buy his new Triumph.
After 4 years he finally had saved $9,000.00. He felt he had enough to get the Triumph Bonneville he had been looking at on the Internet and through the window of the dealership. He wanted to buy it cash. Because we live in Colorado, he did not want a bike that would sit in the garage, only to have to make payments.
He asked me to call around for specials. I started finding all of the dealerships for Triumph in Colorado. Because there are limited places that handle Triumphs, I called Foothills BMW in Lakewood, Co., first. I sent two emails that were not returned. Then I called a week later. I asked for a sales person.
I was connected to the Sales Manager, a British fellow. I told him I was calling for my husband to inquire as to what promotions were available for the Bike my husband wanted. I explained to him what my husband was looking for in a bike. I asked him if they had any promotions that would allow free accessories or a discount if we paid in cash.
He laughed and told me to call to a dealer that was hard up and needed the money. Poor Customer Service---Go to Apex Sports-Colorado Springs, Co. EXCELLENT............W got an excellent deal on a new Triumph. Lots of extras and accessories. Ask for Gary in Sales. He rides too. He will make you glad you came. Forget Foothills BMW. They are way to big to care about the average person. Plus they forget you when you go.
