Tips
- When to Go
The breakfast, lunch and brunch menus are well worth a look if plans call for early elegance.
- Know Before You Go
If you're looking for something slightly less dressy, try Q's sister establishment, the Corner Bar, in the lobby of the Boulderado. It serves many of the same items, and you can still catch the game.
Customer Reviews
They overcharge you several times....

The food was pretty good, but it did not warrent at $350 dinner bill - I was charged three times for dinner that night by the server - obviously a mistake, and it was eventually resolved after several hours of phone calls between the restaurant, my bank and the hotel. Absolutely a nightmare - I wouldn't step foot in there again.
Wonderful food and service

Went on a recent (rare) rainy afternoon in Boulder with a friend and enjoyed a nice, deliciously, leisurely lunch on the porch with Matthew as our server. He was extremely charming and attentive, offering honest advice and opinions when asked. This kid knew his stuff - both on the food menu and the wine list. Our lunch was delicious - we both started with the clam chowder with herbed drop biscuits - creamy and perfectly seasoned. My friend had the lamb sandwich served with a side salad. She gobbled it up, while I devoured the grilled smoked trout, served over an artichoke & potato "hash". Simply delicious.
Pros: Service is excellent, food is right behind that. Nice wine list as well.
Cons: Crowded on the weekends for a great brunch, but don't let that stop you from going.
Romatic, contemporary atmosphere, excellent food

On the numerous visits I have made to Boulder, I always go to Q's, or the Corner Bar (which is served by the same kitchen and chef as Q's) for either B/L/D. I have always been pleased with my experience at either location. Q's has a beautiful enclosed patio that is great for people watching and on a snowy winter day is a delightful place to sit and watch the snow fall! If I go for dinner I always do the price fixed menu and I am always pleased with the results! I've had nothing but great service every time, though I would expect the staff to have a little better wine knowledge than I've experienced. But if you know your wines, the list is varied in styles and price. The clam chowder is delicious as is most everything I've had on the menu. The venison, when on the menu, is always my fav! Creative food combinations with well balanced flavors! It's not the cheapest place in town, but the food is worth the price. I always leave full and satisfied! Take your time and enjoy the experience!
Pros: great location, atmoshpere, food
Cons: couldn't afford dinner there everynight (lunch and breakfast more reasonable)
