HAVEN HEAD

Haven Head is a local Colorado band that got together last year and started playing.  We found that we have a unique sound, because of how long we have been around on the planet.    Most all of the music is original and was created over 35 years of part time "messing around", but also some serious play time and schooling. James Arjuna is the leader and started studying music in at the age of 8 years old.  After playing all the popular music of other people, he got sick of it and has left it behind and started a different style of what seems like not structured music, but the non structured part, becomes the structure, (if that makes any sense.) He also does experimental music that has two lead guitars at the same time, intertwined and that is very different. It goes from total harmony to sometimes short parts of discord and chaos and back to smooth and tight again.  You just have to listen to it. You either love it or hate it. It combines a jazz, blues, and rock style and sometimes metal styles.

Sandra Arjuna started playing guitar and singing at 12 years old, and has never lost her love for singing and music.  We are working on some lyrics to fit her style to come out soon.  She is very good at rock, rythm and blues style.

Mike Ehnert, has many decades of playing rythm guitar and is very creative as well.  He plays only part time with us, but we enjoy jaming with him.
