Unreliable at best The cleaners are sweet and some are good. The management overbooks them, can never promise the same cleaner or an accurate time, and we have had people show up 4 hours late at 6PM with no warning and no answer at the phone number. When the job is sloppily done or rooms ignored (which happened to us 3 of the 6 times used), the offer is for a half price cleaning "next time" - effectively making you pay more money for what should have been done right the first time. Too much hassle for anyone who needs their house cleaned and doesn't have time to manage the company cleaning and do their job for them. They promise 100% satisfaction but Wendy does not deliver.
