Laredo Middle School Reviews

Laredo Is like another home to me. Everyday is appreciated. Laredo offers many great programs you ca do such as drama, choir, orchestra, band, volleyball, track, and so on. Though it's a great school, it's not the best. I think we should have a little more discipline because the children here have filthy mouths and teachers don't say a word about it. Teachers are okay. But the environment and variety of programs and classes is what I like best in this school. It's a great place to learn and find out who you want to be. At laredo, I learned about the different lifestyles and cultures around the world. Now, being inspired by Laredo middle school I want to be a missionary, to help people around the world. I usedd to not even have thought about this idea before, but now Laredo has completely changed my outlook on the world. Go lions!

Out of all the Cherry Creek Middle Schools, I believe that Laredo has the most going for it. It is an International Baccalaureate Candidate and National AVID Demonstration School. Not many public schools offer Robotics, Japanese, French, Spanish, German, Orchestra, Drama and university prep science and mathematics classes. I have done some extensive research on schools in the area and Laredo offers a strong equivalent education as any prep school in Colorado, without the expensive tution. No where else will you find a better choice that combines diversity and education excellence. Kids are expected to jump higher and reach further to obtain their fullest potential. This is the best school for my daughter to thrive and achieve!

I disslike this school very much, the teachers aren't that good, the funding is horrable, and compaired to the other school close to it, it is very dissapointing

I love this school so much. Its cool how they put students first. And all the cool new classes its just awesome. -Bri

Laredo is a pretty cool school. I came up to Colorado from Hurricane Katrina. I had only been in the 7th grade for 1 week at my other school before the Hurricane hit. The staff really cares about you and the decisions you make. The Teachers are awesome and really want you to succeed. They have put in some new policies I hear like their going to go to be an IB school and they are also going onto the Trimester system. This year I graduate from 8th grade and img on my way back to New Orleans for High School. I'm happy to go home but I am going to miss and the teachers councilors and all the staff that helped me to this day.I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone.Go Lions!

Laredo is awesome! I'm going into the 8th grade there but anyone conserdering sending a child there for 7th grade, do it. This school is fun and there always looking for ways to challange you and be fun! They have plenty of after-school sports and activities like track, volleyball..... so and so forth but you get the piont, this is an awsome school.

Good academic school, some teams stronger than other. Lots of parental involvement, encouraged by administration. Note change in principal for this year.

I sent my child to this school, because of the ongoing reputation of the 'excellence' of the Cherry Creek Schol disttrict, and what I got far exceded my expectations!

I love Laredo! I had so much fun at this school. I loved everything about it. It is a good school. It was hard and challenging but I think that it will benefit me in my future. The teachers are awesome. Mr. Likeam was entusiastic about science and education and I learned so much from him. Mrs. Hurst my math teacher really knew what she was doing. She graded our quizes like they would grade the CSAP. In addition, she always gave us encouragement on our work and always had faith in her students. I personally commend all of the teachers and students at Laredo Middle School. It is a wonderful school and I strongly reccomend it.
