As a gifted student, he has been challenged and encouraged to achieve daily. He is also able to do drafting, computer aided design (CAD) and actually build things in his Tech Ed class. Most schools no longer have a 'shop' class. Everitt does, but in addition to the traditional offerings, students design and research using computers.
