Denver Colorado Hyatt Hotel

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center today announced the opening of its new business center in Denver, Colorado. It has a 24-hour business center where guests can make copies, send faxes, find office supplies, print signs and banners, and much more.

The hotel is the headquarters of the Convention Center across the street from the city and features one of the largest ballrooms in downtown Denver, including the ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, a state-of-the-art conference center. The atrium and glass lobby of the hotel are part of a refurbished office space of 1.5 million square metres, which includes a 1,000 square metre conference room and 2,500-seat auditorium, as well as a 3,800 square metre conference room.

The surrounding area offers stunning views of the Denver skyline, Rocky Mountain National Park and Mount Evans, which is located just to the west. Enjoy the vibrant urban scene from the Strata Bar in the lobby, which is located opposite the Convention Center and Denver Tech Center, with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Denver skyline.

The Denver Performing Arts Center is nearby, with performances by the Denver Symphony Orchestra, Caulkins Opera House and Denver Ballet. Although CHMW was not involved in the initial negotiations on the management contract, it was successful in renegotiating the contract with the Hyatt, resulting in improved terms for the authority, including the purchase of the hotel for $1.5 million in 2015 and $2.4 million in 2016. A decade later, CH MW has further increased the value of Hyatt Denver through its role as the agency's asset management service provider, and received a fourth contract extension to ensure its continued commitment through 2016, according to a press release.
